IFS Consultation

Advance your IFS practice by gaining confidence, comfort and steadfastness in this revolutionary and nuanced model through individual or group consultation. IFS consultation is for anyone who has graduated any level of IFS training, seeking a safe space where perfection is not expected or wanted; just a curious desire to deepen in the model. Whether well-seasoned or recently introduced to IFS, consultation is a must for any IFS therapist or practitioner wanting to grow and increase awareness of their blind spots. Consultations will include a mix of case conceptualization, experiential exercises, and personal work with therapist parts. Consultation allows us to be Self-led in the way our clients deserve. As an approved IFS consultant, our work together counts towards IFS certification.

 IFS Consultation for Professionals

I am a Certified IFS therapist, IFS Institute Approved Clinical Consultant. I also have additional training in Somatic Experiencing. I am a seasoned Program Assistant for multiple IFS trainings. Consultees and participants often describe my teaching style as warm, empowering, and clear.

I offer both individual and group consultation for IFS therapists and practitioners:

• Who are currently in or have completed a Level 1 training
• Or who have participated in immersive introductory IFS workshops and courses (such as IFS Online Circle, IFS Institute Retreat, Stepping Stones, other IFS workshops including mine) and have been actively using the IFS model in their practice. 

I am currently welcoming individual consultations as well as pre-formed groups (max 6 participants) interested in a series of consultation meetings.

In our consultation meetings, I offer these services:

• Case-specific consultations
• Review and feedback on recorded sessions
• Educational teaching of IFS model elements
• Roleplay and demonstrations
• Exploration of therapists’ parts activated during client work

IFS Certification: I am an Approved Clinical Consultant, so consultation hours with me will count towards IFS certification if you are already Level One trained.

Clinical Consultation Rate: $150/50min.
